Tidio makes sense if your main goal is website chat and basic automation. I wouldn’t necessarily choose it if you already know you’ll need more complex integrations later.

For teams already deep into Zendesk or Intercom, I can see the argument for staying within that ecosystem. Adding another platform only makes sense if the AI actually solves a problem the existing stack isn’t handling well.

The predictably part really stands out to me. Businesses can plan around predictable processes much more easily than processes that depend on someone remembering to do something. That could end up being one of the more practical benefits of agents.
