A support conversation, a sales conversation, and an onboarding flow all need different information. At some point, separating those responsibilities could make the system much more reliable.<br />‎</p>

I wouldn’t want an operations assistant making changes directly, especially when the agent is already talking to real customers. It’s usually messy. A few from outreach, some from content, someone shares it, then another person refers a friend. I actually think that’s pretty normal for early stage SaaS.</p>

Customers bounce between WhatsApp and email and it&#8217;s rough when the bot forgets everything because it&#8217;s actually two bots with different training. Voice is where it gets messy though, text answers sound robotic read aloud, so we still tweaked tone per channel even with one agent.&hellip;</p>

Best part wasn&#8217;t the users, it was finding out in week one which features people actually used vs. the ones we were sure would land. Waitlists make sense if you&#8217;re worried about getting overwhelmed, we were more worried about building the wrong thing. Would do it the same way again.</p>
