Would you trust an AI-native help desk over Zendesk or Intercom?
For me it’s about what my support team needs, not AI-native vs traditional. AI-native is tighter because everything is built together. Zendesk / Intercom win on mature workflows, integrations, and reporting. I judge on resolution quality, context, handoffs, and how much work it actually removes.
