Which New SaaS Startup Do You Think More People Should Know About?

I spend a fair amount of time watching new SaaS launches, and I’ve realized the products getting the most attention aren’t always the most interesting.

Some of the best tools seem to grow quietly through word of mouth before they ever show up on “top startup” lists.

I’m curious what you’ve come across recently.

Not necessarily the next unicorn or the company that just raised millions—but a SaaS product that made you think, “More people should know about this.”

It could be because:

  • It solves a problem in a genuinely different way.

  • The user experience is surprisingly polished.

  • It serves a niche that most companies ignore.

  • The founders are building something thoughtful instead of chasing trends.

  • It saves you a significant amount of time or money.

No need to share your own product unless someone specifically asks. I’m more interested in the tools you’ve discovered as a customer or fellow founder.

What’s one newer SaaS startup that deserves more attention, and what makes it stand out?

I’m hoping to find a few hidden gems that aren’t already on everyone’s radar.

One I would put on the list is Attio. It feels like one of those SaaS products that is still flying under the radar compared with the bigger CRM names. What caught my attention is how flexible it is without feeling like you need a huge implementation project just to get started. It seems designed around how teams actually want to work with customer data rather than forcing everyone into a rigid CRM structure.

One SaaS startup I think more people should know about is Attio. It’s building a modern CRM that feels much more flexible than many of the traditional options. Instead of forcing teams into rigid workflows, it gives users more control over how they organize customer data, manage relationships, and build their processes. What stands out to me is the balance between customization and simplicity. A lot of SaaS products add more features over time and end up becoming difficult to use, but Attio seems focused on making the experience feel clean while still giving growing teams plenty of flexibility.

One that caught my attention is Attio. It’s a modern CRM that feels less cluttered than many traditional options, while still giving teams flexibility to organize customer data and workflows. What stands out to me is how much thought seems to have gone into the user experience rather than simply adding more features.

If you want a low-key, under the radar SaaS startup that completely reshapes how teams approach an old, painful workflow ill recommend postiz. While giant, expensive social media schedulers chase massive corporate contracts and bloat their platforms with unnecessary enterprise features, Postiz has quietly captured the attention of indie hackers and mindful product teams

I’ve come across a few newer SaaS products that seem to be flying under the radar. What stands out to me isn’t necessarily how much funding they’ve raised but whether they actually solve a problem better than the tools people already use. I think products with a strong niche focus and a genuinely simple user experience have the best chance of building that kind of word of mouth growth. It would be interesting to see which lesser known tools others have discovered recently especially ones that have made a noticeable difference in their day to day workflow.

I’ve noticed the same thing. A lot of the SaaS products I find most useful aren’t the ones constantly being talked about on LinkedIn or Product Hunt. They’re usually smaller tools that solve one specific problem without making the workflow more complicated. I’d actually love to see recommendations from people who’ve used these products themselves, because that usually tells you more than a launch announcement.

One newer SaaS product I’ve been paying attention to is Chatbase. What stood out to me isn’t just the AI chatbot side, but how much they’re trying to build around the actual customer support workflow. The combination of AI agents, procedures, testing, analytics, and human handoff makes it feel less like “add an AI widget to your website” and more like building an actual support system.

I’ve actually started paying more attention to the quieter SaaS products too. Some of them solve very specific problems so well that you wonder how they haven’t gotten more attention. For me, the biggest sign is when a tool genuinely saves time without adding another complicated workflow.

I’m paying more attention to SaaS tools that solve specific, boring problems well. They’re often more useful than flashy AI powered everything startups. The best smaller tools eliminate manual steps a stronger signal than a big launch or funding announcement.

Newer SaaS tools that eliminate work not just add another dashboard deserve more attention. The best products may look unremarkable on a feature list, yet quietly remove hours of repetitive work once embedded in a workflow. That value often exceeds what another feature heavy AI powered” tool can offer.

Some of the strongest SaaS products don’t need massive launch campaigns because the value speaks for itself. When a tool genuinely saves users time or solves a frustrating problem, word-of-mouth can become its strongest growth channel.

Great question. I’d pay close attention to SaaS products serving overlooked niches. Solving a very specific problem exceptionally well can create stronger customer loyalty than trying to build something for everyone.

I would nominate Plain. It’s not necessarily the flashiest startup I’ve come across but I like the problem they’re attacking; support infrastructure for technical B2B companies rather than trying to be another generic help desk. The Slack/Teams native approach is interesting because a lot of B2B support already happens in those places anyway. The API first angle also makes sense if your engineers need to connect support directly to product workflows. That feels more differentiated to me than another SaaS product simply adding an AI chatbot.

I like this question because a lot of useful SaaS tools don’t get much attention. Sometimes you find a small tool that solves one annoying problem really well, and you wonder why more people aren’t using it. I’d also love to see what hidden gems people here have found recently.

One I’d mention is “DUB”. I like it because it focuses on something most people don’t really think about until it starts becoming annoying links, tracking, and attribution and somehow makes the whole process feel simple instead of like another complicated marketing tool. What I find the most refreshing is that it doesn’t seem to be trying too hard to look revolutionary or force AI into everything; it just takes a real, boring problem and solves it cleanly. Those are usually the SaaS products I end up appreciating the most, because once they quietly become part of your workflow, you really notice the difference when they’re not there
