The widespread adoption of generative AI has triggered a massive shift in how people utilize software.

Ai is really changing how we use traditional SaaS tools. Some tasks that required switching between different platforms can now be solved faster with Ai powered tools or built in Ai features.

I’d love to know if anyone has reduced the use of a SaaS product because an Ai alternative has made tasks easier. You might no longer need to use a writing tool as often because of Ai, rely less on project management software because an Ai agent can handle updates or even use fewer customer support tools.
