What features do you wish Chatbase would add?

What features do you wish Chatbase would add?

I’ve been exploring Chatbase and I’m curious about what features users feel are still missing. The platform already offers a lot for building and deploying AI agents, but there’s always room for improvement as customer expectations and AI capabilities continue to evolve.

For example a built-in live agent inbox would make the transition from AI to human support much smoother. When an AI agent is unable to fix an issue or recognizes that a customer needs an assistance, the conversation could be transferred to a human agent within Chatbase. Support teams could view ongoing conversations, assign chats to specific agents, respond in real time, and track unresolved issues without relying on external helpdesk software. This would create a more complete customer support experience within one platform.
I’d also love to see more advanced branching logic. Structured, multi step conversations flows that follows strict rule based paths rather than relying on generative Ai.
I’m also interested in more flexible or fixed budgeting options to prevent unexpected credit overages when message volume spikes.
Finally, Including white labeling across Chatbase plans would be a good addition, mainly for businesses deploying Ai agents for customers. Being able to remove platform branding without paying an additional monthly fee would make the service more professional.

I think the live agent inbox would be one of the most valuable additions. The AI-to-human handoff is where many support platforms still create friction, so keeping that entire workflow inside Chatbase could make the product much more complete.

The live agent inbox would probably be my biggest request too. The AI-to-human handoff is where a lot of support setups still feel fragmented, especially when the human agent has to leave the AI platform and pick up the conversation somewhere else. I’d also like better controls around what the agent is allowed to do. Being able to define specific actions, conditions, and approval steps would make it easier to trust the AI with more than just answering questions. And the budgeting point is important. Predictable costs become much more valuable once you’re putting an AI agent into production and message volume isn’t always predictable.
