Customers don’t necessarily need more features they need software that saves time, reduces complexity, and delivers measurable value. AI makes this even more important because simply adding an AI feature is no longer enough. The real advantage comes from using AI to automate meaningful parts of the customer workflow. I also think transparency, reliability, and trust will become increasingly important as businesses rely more heavily on SaaS platforms for critical operations. The companies that consistently reduce friction and solve real customer problems will have a much stronger position than those simply adding features to compete. Ultimately, great SaaS isn’t about doing more. It’s about making customers more successful.
