I especially agree that the question is shifting from Which product has more features? to “Which product can actually remove more work from the business? AI native software is making that distinction even more important. The strongest platforms won’t just add an AI chatbot to an existing workflow they’ll use AI to understand context, make decisions, take actions, and know when a human needs to step in. Customer support and business operations seem particularly well positioned for this shift because there’s so much repetitive work that can be automated without sacrificing human oversight.
