I especially agree that competition and AI disruption are raising the bar for everyone. It is no longer enough to build a useful product and add more features over time.
The biggest challenge may be proving continuous value. When customers can easily compare alternatives and switch between subscription tools, SaaS companies need to focus on retention, reliability, strong integrations, and real business outcomes.
