SaaS is increasingly shifting from “how many features do you have?” to “how much meaningful work can you actually get done?” The strongest products will be those that fit existing workflows, automate repetitive tasks, integrate with the tools businesses already use, and deliver measurable results. AI makes this even more important because execution and outcomes are becoming bigger differentiators than feature count.
