I agree that real-world performance should matter more than the feature list. Pricing and features are important, but they don’t tell you whether a SaaS product actually makes work easier. For me, usability and the amount of time a product saves are strong indicators of value. A product with fewer features that reliably solves one important problem can be far more useful than an all-in-one platform that creates additional complexity. The best reviews should probably focus on **what happens after the demo ends** because that’s where the real product experience begins.
