One thing that stands out to me is that choosing AI chat box is not about the demo looking impressive.i think the real test is how well it handles actual customer questions after deployment ,how easy it is to keep the knowledge base updated ,and whether it genuinely reduces workload for the support team .Chat base looks interesting from that perspective ,especially if it can be set up quickly without a lot of technical work
