I agree with this. I think real-world performance is often more important than the feature list. A SaaS product can have dozens of impressive features, but if the setup is complicated, pricing becomes unpredictable, or the core workflow feels frustrating, those features don’t matter much. For me, usability, reliability, and how well the product solves the actual problem would come before the number of features. Sometimes the simpler product that does one thing extremely well is the better choice.
