On my $100/month budget, Tidio and Chatbase made the most sense for me — they actually fit what I can afford and cover everything I need. I ruled out Zendesk AI and Intercom Fin because they were way too pricey for me, and Voiceflow felt more like a tool for building prototypes than for running my business day-to-day.
