I think AI agents are changing SaaS from being a tool you use into something you actually work with. Before, I expected software to help me complete a task. Now, I’m starting to expect it to understand the task and handle some of the work for me.But I agree that this also raises the standard. If an AI agent is going to act like a teammate, I need to trust that it understands the context, makes sensible decisions, and knows when to ask for help instead of guessing.
