With AI agents, it’s not just about making changes quickly it’s about knowing what changed and reviewing it before it affects live conversations. Backstage could be especially helpful for repetitive tasks: checking conversation trends, spotting knowledge gaps, updating instructions, and making small improvements without navigating multiple settings pages.
