I would say real-world performance comes first for me.
Features and pricing can get you interested in a SaaS product, but actual usage tells you whether it’s worth keeping. I would want to know how quickly it delivers value, how reliable the integrations are, what happens when something goes wrong, and whether the product still makes sense as usage grows.
