The interesting thing about both approaches would actually be that customers don’t get to know how many AI agents are working behind the scenes to resolve their issues. They may just say here’s my problem and they take a back seat while the AI or AIs handle the problems. As long as they get results that works well for them, and also you figure out which option best serves your SaaS.
