September 22, 2026 at 6:47 amMaybe start with a problem that already costs businesses a lot of time or money, rather than starting with the AI insurance itself.For example, something that handles a repetitive workflow from beginning to end—collecting information, making decisions within clear rules, taking actions, and escalating exceptions to a human.The key for me would be having a clear outcome that can be measured. “Uses AI” isn’t really the value; reducing response time, recovering missed leads, or removing hours of repetitive work is.I’d also want to validate the workflow with real users before building too much.
