This is a really interesting question because building an AI SaaS from scratch starts with the problem, not just the technology. I’d focus on a painful, repetitive business problem where people spend too much time gathering information, making routine decisions, or following up on tasks. The AI should do more than generate text it should understand the context, take useful actions, and fit naturally into existing workflows. I also think trust would be a major part of the product: users should know what the AI is doing, why it is doing it, and when human approval is needed. The best ideas may come from everyday frustrations that businesses already experience. It’s exciting to imagine what new AI-first products will emerge as these tools become more capable.
