I believe the more interesting problems right now aren’t about adding AI, they’re about the coordination work nobody automated because it never seemed possible or worth it to try. Things like keeping context consistent across tools a team already uses, or catching the small process gaps that only show up once someone leaves. I’d rather build something that quietly fixes a workflow people complain about than another assistant layered on top of an existing product.
