September 21, 2026 at 4:26 pmIn my opinion, it depends on how well defined the workflows are at launch. A single agent is easier to reason about early on, but as soon as things like onboarding, and sales begin to need different tones and contexts, one agent tends to become a bottleneck instead of a shortcut. I’d probably start general and only split into specialized agents once a specific workflow clearly outgrows the shared one.
