I’ve felt this shift too – once the hype around simple automation fades, it’s real. When I move from pilot to production, the question stops being “how much time did we save?” and becomes “how much noise did we eliminate?” Speed is easy to put in a spreadsheet, but for me the bigger value is quieter: less back-and-forth, fewer errors, cleaner ops.
