What I like about Backstage is that it could make managing an agent feel a lot less technical. Instead of digging through different pages every time something needs to change, you could just explain what you want, check the suggested update, and approve it. If that works reliably, I can see it becoming the easier way to handle day-to-day changes rather than constantly jumping back into settings.
