A more realistic change is that people are getting less patient with software that makes them do too much manual setup. If I can tell an AI what I’m trying to do and it handles most of the steps, then going back to clicking through several menus and repeating the same setup starts to feel like extra work. That doesn’t mean every SaaS product needs an AI agent, but it does mean users may start expecting software to be easier, faster, and more helpful than before.
