The part I find most interesting is that AI agents are changing the value proposition of SaaS. Instead of paying for a set of tools and figuring out how to use them, users can start paying for an outcome and letting the software handle more of the process. That could make products much more useful but it also raises the bar for accuracy and trust. If the agent is making decisions or taking actions for you, small mistakes can have a much bigger impact than they would with a normal software feature.
