Instead of spending heavily on ads, I’d start with direct outreach and communities where the exact target users are already talking about the problem you’re solving.<div><div>The first 10–20 users can come from personal outreach, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, niche communities, or simply reaching out to people who might benefit from the product. At that stage, the goal isn’t just getting signups. It’s having real conversations and understanding why people use the product, what they struggle with, and what almost makes them leave.</div><div>Once you have a few users getting real value, referrals become much easier. You can also turn their feedback into better onboarding, clearer messaging, and content that speaks directly to the problems your audience has.</div></div>
