I’ve noticed the same shift. What stands out to me is that bringing the knowledge base, actions, workflows, and human support into one place could make things much easier to manage as a team grows. The real test, though, is how well all those pieces work together in day-to-day support rather than just how many features the platform has. It’ll be interesting to see how existing users feel about that as the product keeps evolving.
