The biggest difference probably shows up after the initial setup. A platform can have a great AI agent, but if agents still have to fix wrong answers, manage messy handoffs, or work around the system, it can add more work. I’d pay more attention to how smoothly it fits into the daily support workflow than how impressive the AI demo looks.
