You see that continuation flow that happens when a customer has a complicated problem and has to be handed off to a human on chatbase has to be one of my most favorite features with it, instead of making the customer start over with the human agent the complaint was handed off to, the conversation would simply be sent across with the previous information and conversation still attached thereby aiding the customer get help immediately and not leave them frustrated and wasting time to narrate their ordeal again.
