September 17, 2026 at 6:50 amI think one feature a lot of new AI SaaS products get wrong is the onboarding experience. They focus so much on showing what the AI can do that they forget to make it easy for users to actually get value from it. If I have to spend hours figuring out prompts, settings, integrations, and workflows before seeing a useful result, the product already feels harder than it needs to be. Good AI SaaS should reduce complexity, not just add AI to it. The best onboarding probably isn’t about explaining every feature. It’s about getting users to their first meaningful result as quickly as possible, then letting them discover the deeper features as they grow.
