Yeah we’ve been running the Shopify integration for about 6 weeks. Setup was quick, maybe 20 minutes. Order lookup is the biggest win so far. Where’s my order tickets dropped a lot and the product recommendations are solid too. Customers are actually using it and it feels more useful than the old chatbot we had.
