This is such a relatable post! You totally nailed it, it’s never one huge disaster that delays a launch, but a hundred tiny ‘just one more thing’ decisions. I’ve definitely fallen into the trap of thinking a UI tweak or ‘quick’ integration won’t push the date, only to watch weeks slip by. It’s so easy to get stuck in perfectionism and keep pushing things back. That last question is a really great one, too.
