One SaaS startup I think more people should know about is Attio. It’s building a modern CRM that feels much more flexible than many of the traditional options. Instead of forcing teams into rigid workflows, it gives users more control over how they organize customer data, manage relationships, and build their processes.What stands out to me is the balance between customization and simplicity. A lot of SaaS products add more features over time and end up becoming difficult to use, but Attio seems focused on making the experience feel clean while still giving growing teams plenty of flexibility.
