The most underrated SaaS products are often the ones solving a boring problem that nobody wants to manage manually. I have started valuing tools less by how many features they have and more by how much friction they remove from an existing workflow. If a product saves the team hours every week, reduces repetitive work, and doesn’t require constant maintenance, that’s a much stronger signal than having a huge feature list.
