It’s so easy to convince yourself that one more feature, another round of testing, or a small UI improvement will make the product more ready. But there will probably always be something you can improve. At some point, real users become the best source of feedback because they reveal issues and needs you simply can’t anticipate internally. Sometimes launching earlier, even with a few imperfections can teach you much more than spending months trying to make everything perfect before going live.
