We are seeing a lot of AI agents being added because SaaS companies feel they have to keep up, rather than because every product has found a genuinely useful agent use case. For me, I believe in what the agent can actually accomplish. If it can take an issue, use the right data, complete the task, and know when to hand it back to a human, that’s meaningful.
