I’ve had a similar experience with monitoring tools where the value doesn’t really show up until something breaks at an inconvenient time. A clean dashboard is nice, but during an incident I care much more about whether I can quickly answer, what broke, when did it start, what’s affected and who needs to act. If Better Stack makes that investigation path shorter, I can see why the experience would feel different even if the individual monitoring features aren’t revolutionary.
