I think AI agents will become expected but not necessarily differentiated. The differentiation will move to how well the agent works that is accuracy, context, integrations, permissions, speed, reliability and whether it can actually complete tasks. This is similar to how nobody buys a mobile phone today because it has Wi-Fi. It’s an expected feature. The quality of the implementation is what matters.
