Nothing annoys me more than a company advertising 24/7 support and then giving me an AI that can’t actually do anything. “I understand your frustration” followed by a link to the FAQ isn’t really support. If you’re going to promise instant support, the system needs access to enough information and tools to actually move the issue forward.
