I noticed this too with a SaaS that was created recently within my campus, inasmuch as everything was working perfectly and there was no need for one i still found an AI agent within the SaaS. Its almost as if alot of SaaS don’t feel complete without it and one practical example is the AI DJ in Spotify. If the AI saves me time or handles something I’d normally have to do myself then great but If it’s just there because every competitor has one, I probably won’t use it much.
