I personally think that some of the most useful actions an AI agent can help you out with are the most boring ones. Actions like updating my subscriptions, looking up a customer’s info, creating support tickets or even checking up on my orders, as uninteresting as it sounds if an AI agent can help handle these things without someone stepping in every time then that’s a pretty big win. For me i care less about how advanced the action may seem and more about how much annoying manual work it can actually prevent.
