I don’t think AI will just wipe out SaaS businesses, but it’s definitely making customers expect more. If a SaaS company can use AI to make things easier, faster, and actually solve a real problem, I think it still has a strong place in the market. The companies that refuse to adapt are probably the ones that will struggle.
