I agree with this, especially the point about AI being the “quiet hand” behind a better customer experience. When AI is doing its job well, customers shouldn’t even feel like they’re interacting with automation. They just notice that their question was answered quickly, their issue was understood, and they didn’t have to repeat themselves five times.
