This is a pretty fair take. The speed of setup and flexibility around models are definitely strong points, especially for smaller teams that don’t want to spend weeks building a support system. The credit model would be my biggest concern too. If usage can vary that much depending on the model, it makes forecasting support costs harder. I’d be curious to see real production numbers monthly conversations, credits consumed, and how much the model choice actually affects the bill. The AI Actions side is interesting though. That’s where Chatbase seems to be moving beyond a simple FAQ bot and into actual support automation.
