I would weigh AI features as an important differentiator, but not a substitute for product quality. If the core experience is frustrating, an AI assistant can actually make the product feel more impressive without making it better. For me, the review should start with; Does the product solve its core problem without the AI, If the answer is no, the AI gets much less weight.
