I think the continuous governance point is especially important. An AI system can perform well during testing and still behave differently once the data, model, prompts, or real-world usage changes. That’s why an AIMS shouldn’t just be about compliance. It should create an ongoing process for monitoring performance, managing risks, documenting decisions, and knowing when human intervention is necessary
