After launching my SaaS at around mid last year one crucial thing i discovered that people don’t really talk about was that building the product might be easier than finding the customers. And when you eventually find those customers, keeping them is another hassle because if your SaaS doesn’t constantly improve they would find better alternatives. Launching isn’t the end of building a SaaS product, its the beginning of learning what the product actually needs to become.
