For me, a SaaS product starts feeling overrated when the amount of time spent configuring, maintaining, and learning it outweighs the actual value it provides. A specific one I would mention is Monday.com, It’s polished and has a lot of features, but for smaller teams, it can sometimes feel like you’re spending more time setting up and maintaining workflows than actually getting work done.
