Businesses may not need to completely replace established SaaS platforms. Instead, AI could become the layer that sits on top of them and handles the complicated parts.Rather than opening five dashboards, searching through records, and manually moving information between tools, employees could simply tell an AI what they want done.

The underlying SaaS still exists, but the traditional interface becomes less important.
